Led by Emirati Chef Khawla, an award‑winning baker, Le Paton blends European culinary training, Middle Eastern heritage, and years of professional experience. We proudly use organic and pasture‑raised ingredients, slow‑fermented doughs, and purely natural fillings made from scratch—never artificial additives or chemical dyes. Just clean, soulful flavor.
Our menu features flaky croissants, golden danishes, Conchas, naturally colored sweet breads, gold‑award‑winning sourdoughs, focaccias, and seasonal specialties.
Pickups are available Tuesdays and Thursdays from our home kitchen in Ontario, California.
