Our Award winning baker Khawla’ s European culinary degree combined with her Middle Eastern roots and years of experience in commercial bakeries had contributed to the quality of her baked breads and resulted in her winning “the best bagel Award” beating high-end bakeries in that category and receiving a Gold certificate for the high quality of her sourdough breads . Due to the limited space of our Micro-bakery kitchen, we appologize for not being able to accept large orders at this Time.
