We are a family‑owned and operated micro‑bakery based in Ontario, California, where our passion for bread is at the heart of everything we do. Each loaf and pastry is made in small batches with care, patience, and a deep respect for traditional baking methods.

Our award‑winning baker, Khawla, brings together her European culinary education, Middle Eastern roots, and years of experience in commercial bakeries to create breads and pastries of exceptional quality. Her dedication to craftsmanship has earned her “Best Bagel” honors, outperforming high‑end bakeries in the category, as well as a Gold Certificate for the high quality of her sourdough breads.

Due to the limited space of our micro‑bakery kitchen, we are currently unable to accept large orders. This allows us to focus on quality, freshness, and consistency in every bake.

Orders are available for pickup on Tuesdays, and Thursday until further notice. Availability is limited, so we recommend placing your order early to avoid missing out.
