Cyril is big on French TV, presenting his own cooking show, Oui, Chef!, and he also owns multiple restaurants, including his London outpost Bar des Prés in Mayfair. Cyril has gone on to be a judge on Le Meilleur Pâtissier (a sort of Great French Bake Off), and he has sold a jaw-dropping 4 million cookery books globally.
We caught up with Cyril to find out about his favourite ingredients and where he’d recommend eating in Paris.
