1. Strawberry Jam Crumble Bars
First up on Strawberry Week are these Strawberry Jam Crumble Bars. These make a great breakfast, afternoon snack, or casual dessert. Feel free to exchange the strawberry jam for your favorite or use whatever you have on hand. For this recipe we used used our Quick Strawberry Jam recipe.
2. Almond Strawberry Poppyseed Cake
A tender almond cake speckled with earthy poppy seeds and a strawberry-dappled top dusted with confectioners’ sugar, this simple yet chic one-layer stunner embodies the flavors of spring. We call it “a counter cake” because you’ll want to keep it on your counter all season long as a sweet treat for impromptu guests (and yourself).
Ricotta cheese and sour cream give these delicate Strawberry Ricotta Muffins an ultra-moist texture and richer taste. The touch of tang balances out the sweetness from the fresh bits of strawberry.
4. Strawberry Skillet Pound Cake
Skip the cake pan and bake this pound cake in your cast iron skillet! Fresh strawberries and a sprinkle of sugar on top make this poundcake perfect for spring.
5. Glazed Campari & Strawberry Cookies
If you love a Negroni, this will be your signature spring and summer cookie. They’re packed with strawberry flavor and topped with a perfectly pink Campari glaze. If you don’t have Campari on hand, you can use another bitter or citrus flavored liqueur.
